At Aquality Plumbing and Heating we hope to earn your business by creating a relationship with you the customer. We are here to assist and advise as well as produce the highest level of technical service on site. I built Aquality by increasing our customer base over a decade of business through word of mouth. We work hard to impress each customer and that has led to referrals to friends and family of our existing customers. We also are very proud of having over 95% of our customer base use our services more than a single time. That is our proudest accomplishment that we have so many repeat customers that know our team, trust our team, and know we have best intentions each and every time we come to your home or business. We hope to continue to build our team and customer base while maintaining the highest level in communication. ## Before you hire a plumber

- Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top, in writing, before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.

- A construction lien is a real risk: in every province an unpaid subcontractor or supplier can register a lien against your home even if you already paid the main contractor. Hold back the statutory amount (commonly around 10%) and get signed lien waivers as you pay.
