Because of his many years of experience, Aiad provided recommendations about several aspects of the project that ended up looking great. Aiad gave me a very comprehensive quote and references. I checked some of his references and he got raving reviews from everyone. So I went with him. His references were 100% correct. Aiad and his team did a fantastic job with a smile. My house is very close to the house next door, so Aiad’s team had a very narrow place to work. Aiad was very pleasant and hard working. He and his team cleaned up well after they were done. My bricks were in bad shape. Now the side of my house looks fantastic, and the extra insulation should help keep any drafts out. After Aiad left, the Roger’s guy had to come and put the Roger’s box back on the side of my house. The Roger’s guy damaged my new stucco. I spoke to Aiad and told him what had happened and he returned the next day which was a Saturday, and fixed the hole that Roger’s left right away. I really appreciate this. Aiad provided a detailed quote outlining the work they’d do and covering potential issues that might arise. We went with Cosmopolitan because Aiad was clearly a man of integrity, his quote was fair and reasonable and we had confidence in his abilities. The work began on July 25th and was completed 2 weeks later, as promised. Aiad and his team were very professional. They worked long days and left the site tidy every evening. They were respectful to us and our neighbours. Aiad and his team delivered. There were no surprise costs, in fact they did some additional work at no extra cost. We were impressed by the skill and dedication of the team and the quality of their work. They dealt with some very challenging conditions (hot weather and very tight spaces).
