Joe made things easy by offering tile and flooring samples for me to choose from and I was happy to trust his judgment and experience in the selection of the soaker tub, toilet, vanity, mirror and light fixtures. Doug and Rakesh, who did the demolition, tiling, flooring, installations and painting, were great to work with and did an excellent job with everything. The project ran smoothly and efficiently--especially important because it is the only bathroom in my unit--and came in on budget. Joe and his team have done some small touchups to the ceiling fan and paint and I really appreciate knowing that I can easily contact them if something else comes up. If I could give Joe and his crew an extra star I would because of their concern over my cat. After the original tub and vanity had been demolished the first day, my cat was scared and hid for hours, something she'd never done before. When I couldn't find her, I panicked, thinking she might have gone down underneath the floor or possibly escaped the unit. In my panic, I texted Joe and he was concerned and very kind and helped me come up with a plan to wait until the morning to see if she reappeared. She emerged from her hiding spot in the middle of the night, thankfully, but Joe texted me in the morning to check in and Doug and Rakesh were both also very concerned. Doug said he would have crawled underneath the floor to look for her if he'd needed to! I really appreciated everyone's kindness and understanding. Choosing a contractor was not easy and I am very happy that I chose Do It All Contracting. They did a great job, were very easy to work with and earned my trust.
