It had been several years since any type of decorative work had been done. The front hallway had a chair rail, which left many a bruise in the hip region if you were not careful taking corners. The tiling in the front hall was annoying me big time and a reno was long overdue. In 2023 I had a bedroom and bathroom renovation done by domilya Group. I knew from the incredible work that was done in 2023 that I was only going to call one company to renovate my front hallway and powder room. After getting in touch with domilya, various selections were made (toilet, vanity, flooring, lights) and the work began. The fact that I was planning to host Easter dinner for the family, I asked domilya if it would be possible to have the renovations done before Sunday, April 20. To their credit, domilya could not promise, but said that they would do their best to try and make it happen. Spoiler alert, the domilya crew were able to get the job done and make me a very happy and satisfied customer. Family members were very impressed with the new entrance into the house as well as the new and updated powder room. I cannot sing the praises loud enough for the domilya group. Excellent workers. I am doing this review 8 months after we moved into a fully renovated house so I've had the opportunity to experience not only go through the process of working with them pre, during but also post renovation. One thing is clear. They care. They care about their client throughout every step of the process. I was going to upload the vidoes that I made here however unfortunately I can not upload them as they exceed the 75MB size limit, I will be sending the videos to Domilya and will edit my review to add some photos I took of the house. A few things I will say for those considering a company to do their renovation. #1 - Timing We chose to renovate the whole house so we moved out. When we agreed to the scope of work we wanted completed Rachid gave us a timeline of how long it will take. We rented a house based on that. Even though we added and changed the scope of work during the renovation they were still on time. #2 - Responsiveness You need a company that's going to be there when you call them, when you need them. This is important during and after renovation. There wasn't a single time where I wasn't able to get an answer quickly.
