Mauro came out the next day and provided a quotation and explained the work needed. He arranged to have the job completed ASAP, which was much appreciated as I had a finished basement. The crew-Esburn arrived early in the morning and did a fantastic job. Very professional, protected the property during excavation and cleaned up perfectly. A water leak was observed again after completing the job. Ryan (Waterproofing Inspector) came and inspected the north-end side and identified the RC of the issue. The crew-Esburn came back and fixed the issue. There is no water leak after that. I definitely recommended RCC as the entire team is high proficiency, Excellent customer service and very cooperative.
