Ted was extremely responsive to my inquiry and texted me directly. He connected me to Cecilia at the office and she immediately booked an appointment. Ramin came to our house on time (& provided a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arriving) and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in the outdoor unit after completing a thorough check. He also checked our indoor unit to ensure that there no issues and confirmed the entire AC was in good working condition.
