> "I contacted GCR through HomeStars. Derek responded very quickly and provided an initial estimate. He was also very flexible and came over for a detailed estimate on time. He was thorough with his work and even suggested us to use Owen’s cornering which is high quality materials and avoid others. His team arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently all in one day. We lived in a semi detached with our neighbour and so we completed both houses together. His team’s workmanships was quality work and took photos before and after to show us. Their team replaced the plumbing vent flashing as well as replaced our vents with metal for an extra fee. They also did a great job cleaning up. His prices were very reasonable as well. He also provided detail quotes and offered warranty for his job.
