We had no problems the entire time. But we could see it needed to be re-done especially as storms are getting worse. We needed new shingles and a new flat roof. Called them up and they provided photos of the flat roof (which obv we cannot see from the ground), an estimate, and a timeline. They did everything as promised, and we expect to be satisfied for at least another 25 years.
