Unfortunately the insurance company was unresponsive for weeks, while Justin held off charging anything. He came back a second time to retack the membrane. When I finally heard back that the insurance wouldn't cover it, Justin was extremely helpful in arranging to fix the roof. When the project started, materials and tools were on-sight and they just went at it hammer and tongs. No delays, no "we've just got to go back to this other project for a few days, then we'll be back..." - none of those stunts. They just got it done quickly and professionally, and the quality is great. They keep the job site clean and did a thorough clean up and the end. It's just so much easier to part with large chunks of cash on home improvement projects when you get the outcome you wanted.
