Service rapide, Simon a été en mesure de se présenter pour une soumission selon mon horaire. Il a été clair et complet dans son offre de service, en mesure de me fournir un contrat qui représentait bien l'étendu des services proposés dans son prix et y inclure un échéancier. Il était à l'heure lors des journées de travail et en moins de 1 semaine le travail était complété. Il y a eu un retard pour une journée mais Simon avait pris de temps de m'avertir d'avance de la situation et il était présent à la nouvelle heure convenue. Je n'ai jamais eu a courir après lui. Il a pris des mesures nécessaires pour éviter qu'il y ait trop de de poussière. De plus, il est passé pour une inspection avec moi après la fin des travaux avec moi pour faire le tour et faire des retouches que j'ai demandé (3 au total) ainsi que quelques petites retouches selon ses propres critères. Je conseille fortement de faire affaire avec S-L Excel Rénovation Inc. Excellent sur toute la ligne!"
