The first time was for our refrigerator and this time for our front loading washing machine as the rubber gasket had broken and needed to be replaced. Both times the technician knew exactly what to do and made it clear that if there was a problem they would return and fix it at no cost. Per the phone quote - $198 for the service call, $230 labour (estimated on 1 hour to fix) and $199 for the part plus tax. Excellent but expensive service. I highly recommend them."
