My most appreciated aspects were that we were given options we never even would have thought of and all questions/issues were taken care of promptly. Both were custom pieces and yet were installed seamlessly to match my home and look as if they had always been part of the design. Every feature that I asked for was included, the team that did the installation was professional and Lillian was amazing at coordinating everything over the months that it took for all of these plans to come together.
