We have great millwork/cabinet suppliers and designers partners. We have over 20 team members working to the highest standards. Our plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades are all fully licensed. We are fully insured and provide warranties on all our work. Detailed written scope of work quotations are provided on all our projects. We have over 100 happy customers that we have completed reno projects for and always provide references in our quotes. They completed all the work on time, in a high quality way, while staying on budget. This project was done on an old freehold townhouse and they went above and beyond in a number of ways, including pointing out deficiencies that were created by prior renovations that required fixing (e.g. joists that had been sawed right through). They also did an incredible job of relationship managing with neighbours, going as far as helping our 85 year old neighbour take down a mirror she was worried would break due to the vibrations during the demo - Mike even bought her flowers as an apology for the disturbance! An incredibly thoughtful thing to do that has meant excellent relationships with neighbours after the proejct.
