I called Roofing Pros. Sam was prompt and courteous in assessing the issue, and provided an estimate for the repair. The flat roof was replaced, including new Scupper, wall flashings, etc. The front gutter over the garage was also replaced and a new downspout re-located and installed to the opposite side, away from the house wall. An 18 extension was added to the downspout coming from the upper roof as well as a step flashing by the downspout. Flashing was checked and caulking applied where required.
