> "I had a 10 year warranty that was about to expire. I found a stain on the ceiling of my closet that looked like a water leak. It was hard to see so could have been there a long time. Apparently it was. Mike came within a few days. Using a drone he took pictures of my roof and he came in to look at the stain. He went up and took pictures of the attic as well. He believed it was a very old stain where water may have come in through vents on the roof but everything was looking great and there was no need for concern. When I asked about getting better vents, although he could have sold me on them and taken the business, he told me it was not necessary at this time. They had put in the roof 10 years ago and I would not hesitate to use them again."
