February 20, 2020 No problems with using ACE in an emergency situation. The main water supply sprung a leak and as a result the whole house water had to be shut off. They sent someone within an hour of my evening call and he (Tyson) was very friendly and efficient, The next morning he showed up with the necessary part first thing in the morning and we had water back before 8am. I am impressed!

August 25, 2017 Called today to have a drippy tap fixed in the bathroom, when the service man came wouldn't you know the toilet refused to shut off! He fixed both in record time and I am very satisfied. Excellent service.

November 25, 2016 ### Excellent, Quick, Service Company for any Plumbing ! I use Ace Plumbing on a Regular Basis at our Business and I have had excellent service with them. They have always been very quick and efficient with all service calls. They have a "Can do attitude" and no issue has ever been to large or small for them to handle.

November 2, 2016 You may want to think twice about dealing with ACE Plumbing & Heating. While installing my heat coil they burnt my lino. Even after admitting they burnt my lino, they won't replace it. No customer service.

April 22, 2014 ### Service is the best Leaking hot water tank under ex-warranty from Home Depot. Company assigned to repair could not make it to us in less than 7 days. Warranty company called Ace and they were there in hours, assessed the situation and were back to repair. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and great work. Karen (Service Dispatch) was great to work with and had a grip on the situation. A great lady to work with. Will recommend to everyone I meet that requires plumbers and I will use them again if I need service.

January 23, 2014 ### Garbage I called this company 3 times after a quote to get a repair completed. They never called me back, dont waste your time making a call to these guys Spend your money elsewhere.

May 19, 2012 ### good selection - high prices - not the best staff Stopped here with my wife as we looked around for some bathroom remodeiling ideas. The selection was good, but the staff was rather inattentive and the prices seemed high compared to other places.
