I am Alternate Plans, and I have been in the home renovation / new home design business for 25 years. After the initial meeting, I will research the feasibility of your project and then continue to work closely with you to ensure that what you have envisioned becomes a reality. From preliminary design to building permit, you can rest assured that your finished drawings will comply with all municipal bylaws and regulations, as well as adhere to the new 2012 B.C.
