June 19, 2020 Conrad and I (home owner) agreed on a contract for the installation of two 6 inch bathroom vents and one single 8 inch. He installed three 4 inch vents and told me they were 6 inch. On top of which they cut my trusses and didnt center them on the joists. During the installation the ladder fell from the rooftop and damaged my roof which was concealed by the contractor. This contractor is full of deceit. DO not trust this person. I regret my choice, and will never cal his services ever again.

August 11, 2017 ### Horrible customer service Horrible service, terrible work quality, doesn't respect their warranty, they lie about coming over and being on their way to fix they're poor quality work. Conrad chan also dodges phones calls from you after you pester him to fix his work! Helpful1>
