The work was good, however the client was not happy after the work was done, the contractor charged more money than was agreed on. The agreed amount was $8000 however after work was completed they ended up paying $9800. The client felt that is not fair.

APV Painting and Renovations recently completed two renovation projects for us in our investment properties, one being a complete renovation of a basement unit and the results were great. Jose and his team provided professional quality of work, and helped us resolve issues, big and small, throughout the renovation period.

The work was completed however attention to detail was not there and I had to intervene a few time to get proper footings for the deck and how the aesthetic of the deck. It eventually got completed. It
