My wife had a very unpleasant experience during our recent service visit. From the moment the repair person entered our home, his demeanour was aggressive and demanding. As my wife tried to explain the issues with our double wall oven, he acted dismissively, giving off the impression that she didnt know what she was talking about. For example, when she mentioned that when the over was set to 450, oven was actually operating at 300 degrees, he questioned her with unnecessary scepticism: "How do you know the oven was at 300 degrees?" When she explain that she knew this to be true by reading from a hanging temperature gauge visible through the glass his response was a smirk. Bottomline is that shes been using this oven for over five years and knows what issues we're experiencing with the oven. The least he can do is listen for a few minutes as she describes the issues she's had with the ovens and fridge. She shouldnt have to feel interrogated by a stranger in her own home. Before proceeding with any work, he demanded that she sign a waiver absolving him of any responsibility for damages he may cause. My wife, who is a lawyer, understandably wanted to take her time to review the document thoroughlyespecially since the technicians behaviour had already made her uncomfortable. Instead of respecting her decision to not sign immediately, he became visibly agitated and insisted she sign. When she resisted, he refused to continue, abruptly packed his tools, and announced he would bill us for both appliances (even though he didn't look at the second over and barely looked at the fridge). At this point, my wife was so upset that she called me. While I was on the phone trying to address the situation, the technician repeatedly interrupted me, cutting me off mid-sentence. I told him that I didn't refuse to sign, but he showed no interest in resolving the issue. He responded by saying "your WIFE refused to sign". I would have considered talking to my wife to go through the con
