Ashton Service Group

July 22, 2022 Cancelled on me 3 times in a row, always rescheduling for a week later. Would not send a different plumber out. I've wasted 3 vacation days on these guys. Do not use!

November 6, 2013 ### Excellent and great service -- Thanks Tim! My pipes leaked into my basement and I had to shut off my water so I needed a plumber fast. I was lucky enough to read the reviews on Ashton and give them a call.They sent Tim within the day. Tim was pleasant, competent and professional... this was someone who KNEW what he was doing. He fixed my leak (which was the least of my problems) and checked the house to make sure everything was okay. He charged only for what was replaced and he did not charge me for frills or small "fixes". Thank you Tim for fixing the wiring and giving me heating for the first time in years! I'd recommend Ashton (ask for Tim!!) in a heartbeat.

October 23, 2013 ### Patrick D - Prompt, Efficient and Helpful Ashton Service Group exceeded our high expectations. From the email the night before that confirmed who would be showing up at our home, at what time, as well as including a photo and bio of the team member, to the expert service and the time that was taken to answer all of our questions. Patrick D deserves 6-stars. We'll be calling the Ashton Service Group again and again.

October 18, 2013 ### Excellent Service Patrick arrived on time for my appointment, went over everything that would be covered, and completed the work competently. He was pleasant and thorough and discussed what he had done and made recommendations for the future. I would definitely recommend Ashton.

September 17, 2013 ### Excellent Service! I called Ashton this morning to schedule my yearly furnace service. To my surprise I got an immediate call back informing me that an Ashton technician will be dispatched today by noon. As scheduled Patrick knocked on my door. To make things even better Patrick remembered coming over to the house a year ago since he was the one that installed my furnace. I highly recommend Ashton. Great service, excellent work and very good technicians.

April 10, 2013 ### Patrick at work!! I had a great expereince again with Ashton. It started from the call to Ashton yesterday and the order taker was very pleasant and professional. Patrick shows up on time today. He reviewed teh situation with me and shared his logical thought process with me. We both agreed and he proceeded with the job. He explained the value plan to me without pushing too hard and he was very aware of the customers need and body language. He concluded the job, explained and answered all of our questions in detail without rushing at all. My wife and I were convinced with the service and his high level of customer service and professionalism he brought to us today. This is our third contact with Ashton in the past 3 years and we have expereinced improved customer service since our first contact. this leads me to beleive that your program is working and please continue to do so. In Richmond we do not see customer service anymore, it is a price war. We are value customers and Patrick has won our loyalty today. One point for improvement: when customers are calling for assistance, they are in despair. Please do not engage them with upselling the value based plan. we signed today after seeing the service level, responsiveness, communications style and we signed up. January 22, 2013 ### Excellent work by Ashton Service Group Justin and Mehdi installed our new furnace and whole-home filtration system. Before they started their work, they introduced themselves and were very polite. I was well pleased with their performance - they did a very professional job. They left the work area nice and tidy with no damage to our home.

December 9, 2012 ### Excellent service We were extremely impressed and pleased with the service provided by Chris from Ashton. We had an urgent situation that need to be attended to quickly to prevent further damage to our home. He responded with an hour, explained everything to us in detail including the costs, and accomplished the work within the same day. Thanks, Chris. Great job!
