“When we realized our Whirlpool fridge was not staying cold enough because the door was out of alignment, we called the dealer and he arranged for Sunny to service the appliance. Sunny stayed in contact with us to let us know when he could be there and managed to come the same day which we were very grateful for! He knew exactly how to fix the problem and stayed to make sure the door was working properly. He was very professional and friendly. Would definitely call on him again for any appliance servicing needs.”

The appointment was set for 2:00pm, but no one arrived by 5:00pm. Please offer a more accurate ETA in the future. We had to skip the microwave install because it was late and we needed the kitchen for supper cooking
