May 5, 2018 After the wind storm we had in Oakville on 4 May 2018, Joe was the only available Contractor Roofer that was willing to help tarp the roof due to rain the next day, until the Insurance adjuster was available to see the damage and have Joe due the entire roof.

October 31, 2017 Available guys took away whole Toronto roofing with their best affordable service for my TPO roof which is the commercial building. They are all around Toronto.while working there was an unexpected rain which they covered well and they make sure there isn't leak.Except for the noise, while laying, everything went well.and I got 1o years of warranty for my roof.

April 28, 2016 ### Joe was impressiv... Joe was impressive from the day he came by for a quote. We compared the prices and he was by far the lowest one. After a little hesitation, we signed up and we are glad that we did. He did a quality job at the lowest price we received. Now, that doesn't happen often.

April 13, 2016 ### A couple of years... A couple of years ago, I was looking for a reliable company for roofing solutions as my home had a leaking roof. Instead of getting advice by many roofing companies, my problems were not solved! However, Available Roofing and Remodeling had a solution for that. With hot tar roofing, the company solved my problem that persisted for a long time. I sincerely thank Joe Hirani for the wonderful work! I recommend the company to my friends and well-wishers!

The company has wonderfully skilled people who can make all the differences. With shingle roofs laid down by them, my home looks wonderful indeed. I am very pleased with the work of the company! October 29, 2015 ### Terrible Availabl... Terrible Available roofing is unavailable!! Anyone who has the unfortunate luck to have dealings with Joe Herani, should run not walk away while they still can. We unfortunately were not so lucky. We contracted Joe Herani of Available Roofing to install a TPO roof for us, it was a disaster right from the beginning. Joe came to us answering an ad we had for sub-contractors, Joe had just come from Atlanta Georgia. He claimed he had many years of experience and had lots of pictures of work he said
