We have had several trades throughout the years with average results. Nobody has matched Payam’s commitment, overall skills and knowledge and dedication to seeing the job through to perfection. We are so happy to have found him thru Homestars. In fact we feel it has gone beyond a working relationship to feeling like part of the family. Thank you Payam . Colin/Holly & Family March 2025

Payam and his team came in an executed really well. I have four bathrooms that need recaulking. One in particular has a shower that caused a leak in the floor below - they were able to clean up the ceiling, redo the dry wall, and sand/paint - cant tell there was any damage at all now. They were extremely professional, quiet, clean, and respectful of our place. Both me and my wife work from home and we didnt even notice. Great job and will look to rehire!!
