August 14, 2021 The absolute worst customer service! I entered the Anette home hardware in search of a small saw blade that had broken. When I asked the Asian gentleman just pointed to the back of the store and told me they were there to choose from. I kindly asked for advice, which seemed to really annoy him. He went with me to the racks and pointed out the blades. I asked him if they would fit (I had the saw with me) and he said that the blades were an exact match. I pointed out that part of the broken blade
