They did wonderful job renovating both bathroom and kitchen.
We truly appreciate your commitment on this project. I must give a 100% satisfied mark as you not only finished the job early and under budget, but with great sub-contractors and excellent workmanship. The job was done very efficiently and timely.
Just finished having our ensuite bathroom and powder room remodelled by B.A.M ARC Corp. This is an excellent group to work with if you are thinking of undertaking any renovations. They are professional, courteous and willing to answer any of your questions throughout the project. Arash keeps you informed regarding the project estimates, by staying on budget. He was a great communicator and a strong liaison between us and multiple contractors. He notified us as to the time contractors would arrive a day before and if there were any changes to the plan. Behrooz is a soft spoken individual with a lot of heart, he always asked for our opinion before any installation and Meysam was the Jack of all trades and definitely the master of many skills! They are all warm hearted, respectful and truly a pleasure to have around. They make a strong team that focus on ensuring that their customers are happy and satisfied every step of the way. The professional trades people they hire were all excellent! You can tell they take great pride in their work and are conscientious. Youre in good hands if you hire this trio! From the first meeting with the B.A.M team we set out our expectations and timelines for completion. The team was professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest. Didnt try to up sell something to us, they provided feedback to certain areas of the renovation which made sense. They stand by their workmanship and price. They always tried to accommodate what we wanted without extra compensation. Communication was great and the final results were beyond our expectations. Thank you to the B.A.M team for their hard work and commitment to quality. Bravo.
B.A.M ARC completed my first major home renovation. They were very patient with the time it took me to make decisions and were available to answer questions every step of the way. My building is older and some of the existing materials and structures were difficult to work with, but B.A.M ARC were persistent and made sure to find solutions that would work.
