We couldn’t be more pleased with the work completed by Banff Contracting. Our job was a relatively straightforward door installation that two other companies had provided unreasonably high quotes. Banff Contracting came to our home to actually survey the job, rather than only rely on pictures. Their quote was much more in line with expectation and the whole project was completed within days of the initial assessment. Banff Contracting‘s work is superb and professional. We are so impressed by them that we have already lined them up for another project at our home. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. They didnt follow building code, nothing was done with any care or pride in their work. Everything installed is mismeasured, and installed poorly. They demonstrated no regard to my property, and mentioning anything only escalated the lack of professionalism. I will have to hire someone else to repair the damage done and redo the job. They also proved themselves dishonest at the end by swapping to the intial quote they gave, when sending the bill. Not the one that was negotiated and agreed to, by both parties at the onset of the project agreement. I have pictures documenting the entirety of work done by Banff but reserve the right at this time to share them. Hopefully the words are enough to encourage them to take the next jobs they receive more seriously.
