December 27, 2018 This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude. We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver.
