January 18, 2018 They are awesome and always send our knowledgeable technicians! We have used them over the years for heating / water tank issues and they are fantastic. Always get right to the problem and conscious of not wasting my money! Both owners are super nice and even have had afterhours help from them. Would strongly recommend them to anyone

November 9, 2017 I just thought I would put my comments on the internet to encourage others to use Big Valley Heating for their repairs and services. We have been customers of Big Valley for a number of years now and are very pleased with the prompt efficient service provided. We own a number of rentals and when there is a furnace problem we can count on Big Valley stepping up to the plate and providing excellent service within a very short time frame. September 24, 2017 Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this locally owned company to everyone. I called at noon to request someone come look at my furnace that had stopped working the night before and there was a service technician at my place by four the same day. My technician was knowledgeable and professional. He recognizes the problem immediately and fixed it right away.
