July 25, 2019 We have been dealing with them for TWO weeks.. after a placement tank.. STILLLL no running hot water. We called back, they came a replaced a “FAULTY” heating element, & STILL no hot water. After ANOTHER call, and going on to week THREE without hot water, they are coming back to replace the thermostat. If the water tank is “NEW”, WHY does it need some many replacements??? Why not just a NEW tank ??? I don’t recommend using them. I hope our landlords were NOT over charged.

January 24, 2018 Called them up with an issue with our toilet. They booked us in the next day and arrived on time! The toilet was fixed quickly. Thanks guys!

October 19, 2017 ### Quality customer service Our water heater broke, three hours after calling Goodsense they showed up with a new water heater and replaced it. High quality customer service, fast, reliable and efficient. Highly recommended!

October 19, 2017 Arrived on time to unclog my kitchen sink. Did a fantastic job and cleared clogs on all bathrooms sinks and tubs. Charged minimum and reasonable. Very professional and friendly service. Very happy and will recommend them to my friends. Keep up your good business GoodSense.
