March 3, 2022 Our service technician-Don, and Paula the woman who answered the phone-were both great! I was able to get an appoint only a day after I called, on short notice, which was wonderful. Don showed up when we were told he would and was professional, friendly and really good at his job. He gave us peace of mind as we did not end up needing a repair, just a diagnostic consultation. I would definitely recommend Mr.Rooter to anyone :)

September 5, 2021 Terrible service. Took them almost 5 hours to fix a clog. The entire time he was constantly on the phone asking for help, anytime I got an update on the situation he never had any idea on the issue. 4 hours in another plumber showed up, I had no idea he was coming, he just helped himself in, didn't introduce himself or acknowledge me until he wanted his money. They then deemed the issue as an "unusual circumstance" to try and jack the price. After talking with several other plumber companies all

August 15, 2021 My main sewer line backed up , didn’t know who to call . Kaleb from Mr Rooter came out immediately on a Sunday morning and serviced my drain line . Was very professional and polite , went above and beyond and got the job done quick and efficiently. Highly recommend!
