January 23, 2023 Thank you, thank you thank you Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

December 19, 2022 Well after three attempts to fix my furnace, and $2100 later, my home has heat. What was frustrating was the lack of communication and the feeling that I was getting taken to the cleaners. The owner was calling me last week, have not heard from him. The service tech was good. We were told that their techs had been at our house with the old owner and could not solve the problem with the 6 year old furnace even though it was warranty. Lots of money for them-no solution for the homeowner.

July 14, 2022 Jon serviced our Air Conditioning unit today. His work was completed in a timely manner with excellence. I highly recommend the Border Plumbing, Heating & Electrical team.

January 20, 2021 Had a new furnace installed by Dayton. He and his helper arrived on time. Polite and professional. Left the work area spotless when they left. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Border Plumbing, Heating & Electrical in the future.

August 13, 2020 Had Ashley in today checking our air conditioner. She was very professional and so pleasant to deal with! We have been dealing with Border for several years now and it’s because of their exceptional employees that we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!! Thank you Ashley!!!

January 28, 2020 Jeff did an amazing job of installing a new thermostat, furnace igniter and helping me to set app up. He was very polite and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my furnace was linked to the new thermostat. Very happy with the job he did :)
