Whole house walls insulation excellent professional work
Follow up after 4 seasons passed, don't see my original excellent 5* review. Warmer in winter, cooler in summer. Irena and partner in office very kind and considerate. Booking and communication very clear and straightforward. Gary came out for in person estimate and no nonsense advice and no pressure. We knew we were dealing with a straighforward skilled knowledgeable person. Few or no companies provide the specialized Airkrete to insulate old home walls without ripping all walls out-very messy, expensive option. On the 2 work days Gary and team showed up on time and worked like a well oiled machine. It was fascinating to watch 200+ holes drilled and filled, patched with very little dust and no mess at all. Friendly and considerate workers . Yesterday I called Gary for some advice about my ceiling, not their work, and he was there for me again after getting confusion from other contractors. Thank you!
Attic insulation
We hired Brand Insulation for our attic work and we're very satisfied with them. The job had to be done in different sessions due to mold treatment. Brand Insulation were always on time and properly cleaned the area when finished. All individuals we met were professional and courteous. NO hidden costs. I certainly recommend them.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with this company ! Gary and Irena are the best ! From Gary coming to my house and explaining the process in great detail to me, to Irena who is just awesome and scheduled the date that suited me to the very professional guys that came to do the work it was the best experience I have had with a company for a long time ! The team came in did the work, cleaned up the area and you would never know they had been there - just awesome, so efficient and very respectful. Thank you so much for everything I couldn't be happier !

Brand Insulation did a great job from start to finish! Thank you to Irina in the office for accommodating our dates and helping us navigate the rebate program. The crew were amazing - polite, efficient and professional. We definitely noticed a big change in our HVAC bills.

Double Brick Wall Insulation
Gary and the team at Brand Insulation were fantastic! From the consultation to the scheduling to the job itself, we were so thoroughly impressed by the expertise and friendliness of everyone involved. Gary went above and beyond to help us navigate the rebate program and explain how the process works. During the job, they finished our 1200 square foot home in less than 5 hours with a team of 6 professionals. They made sure to clean up both the outside and inside of the home as well as they could. Older home repairs are always challenging, but this experience was so easy from start to finish.
Great service
Gary and Irena answered all my questions and really dealt patiently with me for scheduling. My four year old says the house feels so much warmer when she comes home from school. Thank you!

I had the very best experience with the team at Brand Insulation. Gary and his crew along with Irina in the office made it so easy, seamless and stress free for me. They took care of everything from start to finish. They answered and explained all of my questions. Irina is a "superstar", she is excellent at what she does for her customers. Gary and his crew were professional and cleaned up so well and are super efficient. They were a pleasure to deal with so much so that my neighbours and family members have also had the same amazing positive experience! I highly recommend this company.
Friendly professional responsible company
Was a pleasure and great experience to work with Gary and his team. From Orena in office to the professional insulation workers every step was great before, during and after the job. 2-300 holes drilled in my house outer walls, filled with aircrete insulation, patched and cleaned up The best and only way to insulate walls in old house without ripping out the messy plaster and lathe. Big crew started and finished in one day and hardly left a trace. I patched and sanded couple more x to get smoother finish. Can hardly see where the hundreds of wholes were. Feel much warmer indoors now and no more drafts. Getting rebate for some. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the outcome and service
Irina, Gary, and their team did an amazing job and Im very happy with the results. We saw significant improvement after we installed the internal and external wall insulation. Our house is old and the furnace used to work non stop in the winter especially cold days. After applying the insulation, the furnace and AC are on for a short period of time so this stuff works. Thanks Brand Insulation for the great service.
Whole house insulation
We completed a whole house installation, including the space between our brick and space between our plaster walls and loose lead insulation in the attic. Brand insulation was a very quick, efficient and cleaned up everything at the end. Im very happy with the work and Ive noticed our century old house is no longer drafty or cold.
Attic and wall insulation
I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company. They delivered on every aspect they committed to, completing the project on budget and on time. I actually was shocked how fast they were able to complete the job. Before you knew it everything was cleaned up and they were gone.
