Second time working with Aiad and his team, and as usual, Aiad delivered a fantastic final product. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words.

It is with great pleasure that I once again recommend Cosmopolitan Construction. Based upon the outstanding work that Aiad and his team did in a large stucco project at our home four years ago, I contacted him to inquire about how we could seal up an unused side entrance door at my parents home. We had utterly no idea how this could be done given the odd location (about 6 feet above ground level), and thought that he might just suggest that we try to find a handyman as it was such a small job....probably too small for a large company such as his. Instead, Aiad responded to my text almost immediately, reviewed the photos I had sent, instantly crafted a creative solution, and set up a time to attend at their home. Aiad showed up personally with one of his staff (right on time as always) and they did an awesome job of sealing up the door and applying stucco over it. The workmanship was meticulous, the edges perfectly aligned and smooth, and the price was very reasonable. This is in complete contrast to the experience one usually has with large companies that either refuse to take on a small project, or agree to do the work but take advantage of customers and seriously overcharge. Following the recent torrential downpour, we noticed that one of the skylights on our roof had leaked. I decided to reach out to Aiad again yesterday, even though I wasn't sure if he would take on a job as small as this. Once again, he got back to me in literally seconds. A few minutes later he had contacted one of his staff that does caulking, and understanding the urgency of preventing further water damage from the next storm, they both showed up this morning. Aiad personally assisted in the work and made sure that the caulking was thorough, including sealing up some cracks in the skylight which should hold us until we are ready to replace it (another job for which we will call Aiad). While they were here, they even sealed up a few cracks in my next door neighbours eavestrough. She was so delighted because she hasnt been able to find anyone willing to come out for such a small job! Thank you so much Aiad for all of your help. You epitomize qualities that are increasingly rare these days: professionalism, dedication, courtesy, attention to detail, and integrity.

I needed some stucco repair on two outside walls. Aiad and his team came for a first assessment visit, demonstrating clear professionalism in assessing the situation and identifying ideal work options. We then proceeded to completing the work, which was respectful of initial quote, respectful of timing and extremely accommodating. The Cosmopolian Construction Inc team was highly efficient and completed the job a day earlier while being attentive to details along the way. Excellent experience start to end with Aiad, Knowledgeable and experienced reflected in delivering the project on time and his coordination with the other contractors, lighting contractor, Aluminium contractor and HVAC contractor. The results was amazing, - First peel the old siding - Second install new plywood (yellow). - Third install water proofing membrane (blue) - Fourth install insulation (white) - Fifth install stucco (Gray) - Last paint stucco in the colour of your choice. - The team are clean and respectful. This is Money well spent, thank you Cosmopolitan team for your great work.

Aiad provides the best service and constant communication. Always shows up within the agreed upon timeline, and has great attention to detail and excellent workmanship. Takes proper care of the property and doesn't cause any damage. Highly recommended!

Aiad did a fantastic job and got it done so quickly, with little disruption around the house. Brought in some good help with the roof too.

This is the second time working with Aiad. From our previous experience, Aiad was phenomenal. He showed up on time, very clean and finished the work as quoted. We had moisture issues in the bathroom ceiling. Leakage from the above unit. Aiad quoted the work with reasonable pricing. After he removed the ceiling and finished the framing, plumbing issues reoccur from the above unit. Aiad patiently worked with us with the delay until the leak from above has been resolved. He had the ceiling plastered and primed in 1.5 days. I would give Aiad 10 plus star if I could. Highly recommend Aiad.

I called Ayad for the Seperate enterance straits Basment walls. He came on time and did a great job in two days only. He was quick and quality was great. I highly recommend Ayad for any stucco job. Please find below the before and after Thank you Ayad.

Our neighbor used Aiads services last summer and we were very impressed with his work and how clean and considerate he and his crew were. We met with Aiad in the spring and were immediately sold. He handles the stucco work, but has a network of related trades with whom he has worked with for years, including framing, eavestroughs, stonework, painting, electrical. This made the entire process so much smoother. We were on a fixed timeline and all the trades were available when he needed them. When the stucco was done after 2 weeks, Aiad left the scaffolding between the houses for the eavestrough guys, who were there the next day. What really stands out is the genuine care and concern Aiad has for his customers. Hes not the cheapest but he is definitely not the most expensive. But based on what you get, Aiad offers the best value for your money that you can get. Overall, we have nothing but great things to say about Aiad and his crew. We would definitely hire then again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking a doing a stucco job.
