Replace front door lock
It was getting harder & harder to remove the key from our front door lock after locking or unlocking the door. I called and FC Locksmith sent Sasi over to our house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explained our options, and replaced the lock cylinder with one that is color-matched to our door hardware. Sasi was fast, polite, professional - great to deal with!

Great customer service. Responsive to communication and he was diligent at getting the work done.
Door handle installation.
We needed help with installing a new (commercial grade) door handle. Mike showed up (following our call for help). This was an above expectations experience. Mike is very a very knowledgeable and skilled locksmith. Excellent communication skills and very personable. Will look for him by name if and when we will need work/help like this again.

Replaced sliding door lock
Locksmith changed sliding door lock with key lock. Locksmith was courteous, and quick and was able to install a lock that met our needs perfectly.

True Customer Service
My senior mother (89 years old) got locked out of her condo and FC Locksmiths was called. My mother's door had a deadbolt and a lever-style handset (no lock). It was clear to me that the deadbolt was working, regardless the technician who arrived (I can't read his writing, looks like "Sasi") drilled out the deadbolt first, only to find that the lever style handset was the problem, so that had to be drilled out also, adding to the cost. These things happen. I wasn't happy with the handset they installed because it wasn't the same type my mom had, I notified the company and they have agreed to replace it with the type we had. My senior mother would never have been able to speak up on her behalf and would have continued to have challenges in opening her front door. Thank you FC & Diane.
