I cannot overemphasize how Michael went above & beyond for me, where no other contractor was able to succeed. I was looking for a very specific flooring that is discontinued... Michael persevered and - through his connections -found a place that can get the original manufacturer to produce a special batch for me! Imagine! Three other contractors told me they looked and it's not findable. And I myself visited many stores, made many calls, sent many emails, and browsed many websites. **Michael is the one who found the solution** and I am really, really grateful. I had this work done a little while ago and was extremely satisfied with the results. Approximately 700 Sq feet of hardwood was installed plus some corrections to other areas of the house where another installer made some mistakes. MIchael is professional, accountable and fair.
