Cant say enough about Tip Top Trough. Eliseo & Edwardo were professional, efficient and friendly and did a first class job. Shantal and Amanda in the office were equally so. All in all an excellent experience.

Tip Top replaced all my eavestroughs and installed leaf guards on the troughs around the roof of my garage. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly. I dealt with one of the owners who was a pleasure to work with. As well, the installers were not only pleasant, but they painted and filled in the space in the area where the downspout meets the groundpipe. I would not hesitate a moment to hire them!

We required new eavestroughs and down pipes around our home. Tip Top Trough gave us a good quote with plenty of references and colour choices. Their work was very solid, installed by a polite, knowledgeable and tidy crew. The office sent them back promptly when we noticed a small adjustment was required in a heavy rain. Very professional site visit by Pierce with quick follow-up with a quote. Amanda and Shantal were courteous, responsive, friendly and helpful throughout, and accommodated an urgent scheduling request. Marco and Eliseo were a first rate crew that completed the project in a very friendly and professional manner and left the worksite neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the project, how it looks and how it functions. The entire experience was first rate. I would call Tip Top Trough again without any hesitation.

They did an excellent job and bagged all leaves and debris in yard waste bags and left them at the curb. Good cleanup - no mess considering that it was a year's worth of debris.

All I can say is "Wow!". I've owned my 100 year old house for 24 years. I used Tip Top Trough for my eaves cleaning in the fall for the first time and was impressed with the care they took and the thorough inspection they performed. I got a quote on new eaves/fascia and planned to wait until the spring. In January, I had serious water leakage behind the old eaves. Shantal reacted immediately by sending out a crew to do an emergency repair. The owner then came out to discuss my issues and we made a new plan for the spring. Shantal kept in touch the entire time to make sure I didn't have further issues and sent out one of the best crews that have ever worked on my house. Eric and his crew did an outstanding job installing new eaves, fascia, and new siding. We've had many compliments on the work. Many thanks to Shantal, Amanda, Pierce, Eric & crew.
