Removal of Cedar Siding and Replacement with Hardie Plank We signed a contract with Andrey Zaykovskiy, owner of AZ Siding to supply and install Hardie Plank (panels) on the East, North and West sides of our house on Sep. 7, 2019. The work with AZ Siding is guaranteed for 5 years. By the 3rd & 4th year the nails on the west & east side are exposed and are not flush with the Hardie panels. In April 2023 I emailed Andrey requesting that he look at the exposed nails. He replied that he would send someone out to deal with the issue". In April 2024 I emailed Andrey again requesting that he deal with the exposed nails. It is now July 19, 2024. I have not received a response from Andrey and the deficiency remains outstanding. Any homeowner considering hiring AZ Siding is welcome to look at their deficient work. I do not recommend working with Andrey and AZ Siding.
Siding and Facia Had bad experience this company. AZ Siding hired unprofessional worker to do siding and Facia cover. The worker had no experience with metal work and still AZ siding let him continue with the project. The project was supposed to complete in 2 weeks but just because there was only one worker working on this project and he comes on his time if lucky otherwise no show, and it took 8 weeks to complete and even it’s still not done properly. I hired AZ Siding based on the reviews I show, but I was wrong. Worker also broke some roof tiles and left the metal pieces in the gutters. AZ Siding did not took responsibility and I had to hire someone else to fix the roof tiles and clean my gutters.Will not recommend this company for project. See below photos of there work.
