Foundation Issues We had David from Procore Foundation Repair Systems come to our business to help determine why we were having water leakage issues. David was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful at offering suggestions for making repairs to our building. Although it was not a deep foundation issue (this is David's expertise). He was honest and set us on a path to remediate our leaking issues. It's really nice when a business helps out another non-profit business, even when they are not being paid for the service.

Foundation Repair I bought an older home that had a damp basement. As I started renovations, I quickly noticed a hole in the block foundation and other areas where water was getting into the house. Pro-Core professionally repaired foundation cracks, installed a membrane and drainage around the portion of the home where water was an issue, while also installing new weeping tile. I have not seen a trace of water in my home ever since their work, which gave me the piece of mind necessary to proceed with a complete renovation of the basement. The transferable warrantee Pro-Core offers also made selling my renovated house that much easier when my family decided to move as prospective buyers had the piece of mind of knowing that the basement was dry. Thanks to Corey and his team for a job very well done!

Foundation Repair and Waterproofing, Interlocking Brick, New Sod I was very pleased with the work done by Pro- Core Contracting. Corey Hall and his crew finished this project efficiently, and in a timely manner. They were very respectful of my tenants and my property. I now have a dry basement and a very attractive patio and walkway to my front door. I would highly recommend their services.

Worth checking yourself
Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Trade licensing in Canada is set by each province or territory. Electrical, gas and plumbing are licensed trades almost everywhere (for example ESA for electrical and TSSA for gas in Ontario), so check your provincial regulator that the contractor is certified for the work before you hire.
A construction lien is a real risk: in every province an unpaid subcontractor or supplier can register a lien against your home even if you already paid the main contractor. Hold back the statutory amount (commonly around 10%) and get signed lien waivers as you pay.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
