Two Garaga Garage Doors Supplied and Installed I decided to have Ram Doors install two Acadia 138 Classic XL doors each with Orion 8 lites Clear. I am of the view that the Orion windows choice, albeit not the most inexpensive window option, represents the best value from a financial, visual and functional perspective. Shawn a senior technician and Tom the service manager completed the installation of the two new garage doors. Both were very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and acutely empathic. Each took the time to thoroughly explain all that they were doing and address all of my queries. Shawn worked most diligently, skillfully and proficiently from start to finish. It was clearly evident that Tom (the service manager) wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction. His actions, efforts and contributions far exceeded my expectations. His customer service approach is best described as being unsurpassed. Based on the foregoing information, I can, without reservation and equivocation, strongly recommend that Ram Doors be considered when the purchase and/or installation of new garage doors is being contemplated.
