House Renovation Cornel was great to work with. He took on a big task with our older house, repiping the whole house, renovating the 3 bathrooms, modernizing the stairs, replacing the light fixtures, removing popcorn ceiling, adding storage systems in our garage, adding custom shelving, creating a feature wall in our master bathroom, etc. Cornel was incredibly kind and he had a talented team. One thing I will mention is to make sure you are very clear on what you want and leave nothing ambiguous. There was a lot of moving parts to our renovations, so having a clear outlined document helped to ensure we got exactly what we want. Cornel’s team did end on the exact timeline we agreed and got us in before Christmas (which was a huge thing for us since we have young kids). However, I do think a few final items were rushed at the end to meet the deadline instead of taking the meticulous detail it should have. But we are extremely happy with how our house looks and would happily recommend Cornel to other homeowners. You should see our ensuite… it is beyond gorgeous!
Kitchen Remodel Cornel and his team at Steopan Remodeling did a fabulous job updating my kitchen. Everything was done professionally, went smoothly and was finished on time. Cornel was amazing. He explained everything every step of the way. It’s apparent that he loves his job and he takes great pride in his work. A true craftsman. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
Bathroom Renovation Cornel and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They stuck to their schedule and quote and even added a few extras at no additional cost. They were respectful of our home and time, showing up as promised and advising us when they were done for the day. We have a few other reno's planned and I will not hesitate in having Steopan Remodeling perform the work.

Master Bathroom Remodel It was a great experience having Steopan Remodeling taking on our master bathroom renovation recently! Cornel responded to our request for quote promptly and was willing to come out to Vancouver to do the job. Cornel works hard and is an excellent tile master. He is very personable and a great project manager; communicating daily job details, answering customer questions and requests quickly, and getting jobs done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Steopan Remodeling and will definitely use them again for my next home reno project. Full Ensuite Reno Let me just say that Cornell’s personality is the best, and he should be in your top 3 picks if you’re getting a bunch of quotes. He works hard and will do everything in his power to make you happy. I love the finished product, even after all the glitches along the way that you should expect in this type of Reno. He is a master at tiling, and came in fairly close to his estimated finish date (circumstances beyond his control). Wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again
Bathroom Shower Repairs We wish we had hired Cornel and his company 5 years ago! Unfortunately, we hired another contractor to remodel our master bathroom but less than 5 years down the road, we had some major issues! Fortunately, we found Steopan Remodeling and they were able to help repair the extensive damage created by the first remodel. Many of the repairs posed difficulties, but through clear and regular communication, Cornel explained all of the options so that we were able to make informed decisions. Cornel was prompt and always followed through with his plans. We are grateful for Cornel's efforts and have put our nightmare reno #1 behind us. We will certainly hire him and his company in the future.

Bathroom Tiles Remodeling Just got my bathroom redone by Steopan Remodeling and wow, they did an awesome job! They put in a custom shower and the tiling is just perfect. It looks great and everything was done right on time. Plus, they cleaned up everything afterwards, which was a huge plus. Totally recommend them if you need a tile job done. Great work and super reliable!
Bathroom Install I hired Cornel to do our basement bathroom install and I am so glad I called for his assistance, after speaking with other companies. Cornel was very quick to come and give a quote, actually, a few hours after I spoke with him. He provided us with an affordable price and started the job within a few days and completed the work quickly. He is very professional, honest and answered all our questions. Cornel and his family do excellent work, are dependable, always showing up when he says he will and is a pleasure to work with, also very flexible with scheduling. It was such a great experience, that we are going to have him back to do our other bathrooms, fireplaces and lighting throughout the rest of our house.
