Wood Fireplace Insert True north fireplaces was amazing to deal with from the quote to the final installation. Out of at least 7 quotes we asked for they were 1 of 2 that actually got back to us. The communication was great and everything was done quickly. Everyone we dealt with was great and we are very happy with our wood insert. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for chimney sweep in the future.

Removal of Gas Fireplace and Install Electric Fireplace Insert We appreciate Steve Tavares, a hearth professional at True North Fireplaces, for his help in the selection of a luxury HD LCD insert to replace our aging gas fireplace. The new unit presents an authentic fireplace vibe and puts out 3,000 B.T.U's of heat. Thanks Travis, Dustin, and Dennis for their care and problem-solving in the removal and installation process. Steve also recommended, Bill, an accomplished craftsman, who installed new tile around the fireplace, all of this resulting in an excellent enhancement to our family room just in time for Christmas. We found everyone from True North to be friendly, helpful, and skilled at what they do. Thanks, guys! Don and Kathleen
