"While the sales rep wrote up the order in June 2024 installation was finally completed in January 2025. Improved communication between the office and we the customer would have been greatly appreciated. We are giving a 5 star rating simply because the installers, Sergey and his assistant were above and beyond anything we could have expected. They arrived as promised and worked quickly and efficiently while promptly cleaning up after themselves. We are glad to recommend them to anyone."
"We met with Adam to discuss our needs. He was efficient, polite, and fun. Adam was able to provide us with designs that were exactly what we were looking for to solve the window replacement challenges we faced with our old Victorian home. The price seemed reasonable for the quality of the product we were receiving. Installation was done as promised in one day. Communication was above standard throughout the entire process. We were quite satisfied with the installation and minor issues we raised were met with complete receptivity and Adam promised prompt correction. Adam also sweetened the final steps with unexpected kindness and generosity. All in all, we were very satisfied with the entire process, from our initial meeting with Adam, to the final review of the work and the wrap up. Canadian Choice knows how to treat customers well and we appreciated it. Highly recommend!"
