Stefan and his crew did an excellent job in replacing the sill plate and repairing damaged joist ends over a 25 ft wall section. They also performed considerable preparatory work required to access the work area: removed patio deck stairs, removed and stabilized the brick work around patio door, removed ceramic tiles over part of the kitchen floor. After repairing the sill plate, they rebuilt the flashing and vapour barrier, brickwork, caulking and floor tiling. The work took 8 days, mobilizing 2 or 3 workers depending on the day. All this to say that even though the extent of the damaged area was about 40% greater than first expected expected, Stefan was able to mobilize the skills needed to get the complex work done quickly and efficiently, within a reasonable timeframe. I was also impressed with the team's positive attitude. They were quite friendly talkative, providing me with valuable inputs and advice on a variety of house handiwork topics. I strongly recommend them.

Our basement reno turned out even better than we imagined thanks to Stefan and his team's attention to detail and meticulous work. We are looking forward to working with the Caribou team on future home renovations!
