Chuckanut Builders is a Bellingham based general contractor and custom home builder with a focus on high-performance building. Our favorite projects include major residential remodels, custom new homes and tenant improvement projects. The vast majority of our projects are in the city of Bellingham’s although we do work in all of Whatcom & selective Skagit County locations All of our projects include major building performance updates because we believe everyone deserves a home that is healthy, durable, comfortable and beautiful. We've built a crew of building nerds who love nothing more than making homes work better. A home that works better means you won't have to wear slippers in December because your home is heated evenly all year; the air in your house is always fresh and free of pollutants because of adequate ventilation; and you don't have to worry about failing siding or mold in your walls because your homes building envelope is weather resistive.
