Très bonne communication au début du projet. Les travaux ont été retardés d'une semaine. Le premier matin les ouvriers sont arrivés aux alentours de 9h15 le matin et ont quitté après environ 4hres de travail. Ils ne sont jamais resté une journée complète. Toujours par bloc de 4hres. Le tout s'est échelonné sur 4 semaines et les travaux n'ont pas été complétés jusqu'à la fin. Ils ont défait mon muret et une partie de la plate-bande sans la replacer. Le décoffrage a été complété a moitié et la finition (polissage du béton pour enlever les imperfections; trous dans le béton, fissures, morceaux de bois collés aux marches et motons de béton aux pieds des marches) absente. Ils nous ont même laisser leur chaudières de résidus trainer dans l'entrée. Nous sommes très déçu du service. Silence radio après le paiement. Aucun suivi après vente.

Le travail de béton est bien fait mais aucune précaution est prises pour protéger le terrain. La communication est déficiente et les travaux ont été repoussés à au moins 6 reprises pour toutes les raisons créatives possibles. L’entrepreneur a endommagé les dalle de béton et n’a pas replacé le poteau de clôture. Une fois payé, il ne revient pas pour réparer ni semer là où il à littéralement arraché le gazon et brisé le terrain.
