December 10, 2022 ClearView worst experience ever and got no resolution. There needs to be a NEGATIVE scale for our family to rate. Short story 13 days STILL NO hot water with $2000 paid. I've been offered a $300 refund, and they were going to quote me some more work; but I've chosen to call another company. The next company took 30min gave me a completely different issue that was never discussed with ClearView or shown on the IPad. They have the parts in the truck, and are making repairs.
January 28, 2022 I heard Clearview's ads everyday while driving to and from work. Great service and the Technician was awesome. Except when he went over the projected cost, it was $125.00 service call which I was already aware of. Then told it would be $322.00 to do a little ABS work under the sink. As we needed the kitchen sink I had to get it done. It took him 5 minutes and one small 90 degree piece! Come on! Not impressed. I should have booked off work and bought the part for $4.99 and done it.

October 17, 2017 550$ to have a 45$ part and 15 minutes of time. it was an emergency and they did show up quickly and did good work. the pricing for this company is insane specially when they know you have no choice in emergency situations Helpful1>
