My double garage wood door wouldn't lift/open so both cars were locked in. After releasing the attachment to the chain drive, I tried lifting the door (as in the past) and tried all sort of combination of pressing th button and letting but nothing worked. I called Comfort Garage & Doors and they replied promptly. He explained/showed that the spring was broken. After replacing the springs and serviced the rollers and hinges, he explained the routine maintenance that should be done on a regular basis. All of this was completed within the hour. Very friendly, explanatory and efficient. Thanks very much.

I highly recommend this company! Their service was prompt, and pricing was very reasonable. The representative, Sofen, was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He responded immediately to our inquiry and was available for an estimate at 5 pm. Just 5 days later, our new garage door was installed, replacing the damaged one. Excellent service from start to finish!
We obtained a few estimates for fixing our heavy garage door's broken counterweight springs. Comfort's estimate was competitive and prompt. The Technician was very pleasant and showed up on time. He was professional, approachable, polite, communicated well, seemed knowledgeable and quite experienced. Repair was satisfactory...post-repair check was good, answered my questions well, and the post-repair follow-up response was also prompt, as well. We will definitely hire Comfort G&D Inc. again. Thank you for a great service and prompt assistance.
