June 13, 2025 Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

December 9, 2022 Elliot S. came by and fixed the leak in our Fireplace. He was professional and knowledgeable. Elliot was friendly but kept focused on the task at hand (nice when you are paying by the hour). Very competent. Highly recommend!

November 24, 2022 My experience with Comfort Tech was amazing. Taylor was the lady that answered my call and was very professional and friendly. Nick was the salesman that she directed my call to. He was very knowledgeable,efficient and an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond in answering all of the questions that my Strata had and got things done right away. Jeffrey and Max did a great job installing the heat pump system and Tim the Electrician was awesome too. I highly recommend Comfort Tech. Thank you.

August 15, 2022 Outstanding! Highly recommend the service plan where they come out twice a year to service the furnace and A/C. Huge shout out to Caleb for noticing there was a problem with my A/C unit and having it investigated further to determine there was in fact a defect. Also a shout out to others on the team, Steven, Elliott, Graeme and Mike who were involved in finding the problem to getting it fixed in a timely manner. A company that truly prides themselves with professionalism and integrity!

September 4, 2020 Everyone was very professional and courteous. The quote was detailed following a thorough home visit. The install team was very efficient, and communicated well throughout the whole installation process. Pricing was competitive. I recommend giving them a look!

April 2, 2020 This furnace and airco installation has been a pleasant experience. I expected disruption, a mess, and people traipsing through my home. There were four people who worked together well. They were pleasant, friendly and professional. I expected 3 days of mayhem. Instead it was l done in one day. Follow up emails offering assistance with City Inspection. All Good! Also received the rebate from Fortis within one month. Can Honestly Recommend this company.
