Très joignable avant de faire les travaux, retours d'appels rapides, courtois, etc. Mais travail mal fait sur l'installation électrique d'un spa. Disjoncteur installé à l'intérieur (doit être installé dehors) et fils inversés causant le défaut du disjoncteur. Quand je l'ai joint, il a mis la faute sur le vendeur du spa. J'ai finalement dû appeler un spécialiste (encore des $$$) qui a trouvé l'erreur de M. Charron et l'a réparée, mais pas avant que ça gèle! Nous étions dans l'impossibilité de démarrer le spa en raison de la défectuosité électrique du branchement, donc gel des tuyaux menant à des réparations coûteuses. L'entrepreneur refuse d'admettre sa faute professionnelle, affirme qu'il m'a dit de faire vérifier le spa et son installation avant de le remplir d'eau (1- c'est totalement faux - on ne m'a jamais fait une telle recommendation et 2 - Je devais appeler un autre électricien pour faire vérifier son travail afin d'éviter les problèmes??? Ça ne fait aucun sens). J'ai maintenant près de 500$ en frais, l'entrepreneur m'offre 200$, dit qu'il viendra me porter de l'argent malgré mon insatisfaction avec cette solution, ne vient pas, dit qu'il va me poster un chèque. En bref: efficace avant de (mal) faire le travail, mais suivi, responsabilité professionnelle et qualité du travail médiocre.
